DBS rolls out digital solutions, portal for retirement needs

The “Map Your Money” dashboard will help visualize the user's future cashflow.

DBS is launching a suite of new digital solutions for Singaporeans’ retirement plans, the lender announced.

Chief amongst them is “Map Your Money”, an interactive dashboard that projects their future income based on customers’ existing assets within and outside DBS. This allows the customers to visualize their future cashflow situation in an integrated chart. They can choose from a menu of investment solutions to boost their investment portfolios.

DBS is also introducing a retirement planning portal that aims to help customers to better understand estate planning topics, with access to relevant services such as CPF nomination, will writing, and setting up a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA).

In a first-of-its-kind collaboration between the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board and a bank, DBS and CPF are also working together to train the bank’s wealth planning managers and loan specialists on CPF schemes.

The lender is also launching a virtual retirement planning portal on 8 August. The portal tackles the common challenges faced by customers in understanding estate planning and aggregates relevant resources within a single portal, making it easier for customers to find the information they need and seek help, according to DBS.
