Standard Chartered and Australian fintech startup Assembly Payments have united for a Singapore-based digital payments firm, according to a news release.
The new company will manage transactions across multiple payments types, including online, mobile and point-of-sale, digital wallets, cards, and real-time payments.
The joint venture will roll out its services to global merchants and aims to solve challenges in managing risk, fraud, integration, reporting and reconciliation.
