Frasers Property taps DBS to roll out exclusive F&B concierge app

The app will allow the firm's tenants and customers to use its cashless payment system.

Frasers Property teamed up with DBS to launch Makan Master, an exclusive digital food and beverage (F&B) concierge service for its customers and tenants, an announcement revealed.

Makan Master’s platform was developed by F&B industry digital enabler Eunoia.

To be launched as part of the firm’s Go-digital Programme, the app will allow tenants to use its cashless payment system and aid them in reserving a table in F&B outlets, pre-order dishes, and pay instantly. The usage will be available through the Frasers Rewards application in Q4.

In addition, pre-orders for self-collection will also be part of Makan Master’s multiple offerings. Through the app, customers may choose from a list of participating tenants offering dine-in or takeaway options, before proceeding to place their order and make a payment using DBS and POSB cards or DBS PayLah!

In the near future, customers will also be able to use DBS rewards to offset their purchases when ordering meals through Makan Master.
