Credit cardholders in Singapore aren't as smart as they seem
Almost 9 in 10 lack understanding of the primary terms.
Research firm J.D. Power Asia has recently conducted a credit card satisfaction study among 2,849 credit cardholders in Singapore on their experiences with credit card issuer. Fielded between August and September this year, the survey surprisingly found low satisfaction among the majority of credit cardholders, but not because of poor service.
