
Singapore ranks 17th best for business startup
It only takes two days to set up a business in Singapore.
Singapore ranked 17th in the list of best countries to start a business in, Business Name Generator reported.
Of the 52 countries analysed, Singapore has the shortest time to set up (two days) a business and the highest GDP per capita out of all the top 20 countries ($69,044).
On the top of the list was Hungary, followed by the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates. The Philippines is the most challenging country to start a business.
The report also stated that Singapore is the second most expensive country for hot desking at $314 per month, following Saudi Arabia at $363 per month.
