The prime ministers for both countries will witness the ceremony, which will be held at the Johor-Singapore Causeway.

He said that both countries have completed negotiations for the Johor Bahru-Singapore RTS Link project and are prepared to sign three agreements during the ceremony—a bilateral agreement, a concession agreement, and an agreement to form a joint venture company to operate the rail line.

From Channel News Asia:

The Singapore Flyer will reopen on 23 July with safety measures in place, according to its operator Straco Leisure. The attraction has been closed to guests since 7 April.

To ensure ample space for safe distancing, the Singapore Flyer will significantly reduce its operating capacity when it reopens, said the statement. Groups visiting the attraction will be limited to five people, and each capsule can host a maximum of seven people at a time.

"After each rotation, guest-occupied capsules will be disinfected before the next group boards," Straco Leisure adds.

Other safe management measures such as SafeEntry contact tracing, safe distancing markers, regular cleaning and disinfection and temperature screening will also be in place.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

You're the reader we write for. You're also the person our partners want to reach.

If that sentence describes you — a founder, a C-suite, someone whose attention companies pay good money for — then you already understand why SBR works. We've spent twenty years earning the trust of readers exactly like you. Which is exactly what makes this an interesting place for your company to show up, too.

The ways it can show up are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The right fit depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If your company has something this audience should know about, we'd like to hear what you're working on.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
