Foreign Affairs Ministry suspends Chief of Protocol
Lim Cheng Hoe was removed from duties over allegations of improper claims for expenses incurred during overseas trips, says Bloomberg.
A Bloomberg report said Lim is being investigated by the Commercial Affairs Department and was suspended after the ministry received information about him.
The ministry was quoted as saying, “Lim has served MFA and Singapore very well for 38 years, and we are very sad that this has happened.”
