Industrial production output is expected to move sideways in the months ahead, with occasional swings due to the volatile pharmaceutical segment, according to DBS.
DBS Group Research said, “We believe that production capacity constraint could be the factor curbing Asia’s growth in the quarters ahead. And if production capacity does not increase, prices will. Hence, central banks across the region will have to stay vigilant on inflation.”
