Steven Xavier Chan

Steven Xavier Chan is the senior director and regional head of government relations, Asia-Pacific, for Paypal Inc. Based in Singapore, he leads government advocacy, strategy and outreach efforts in the region.

Steven has more than 20 years of combined government and industry experience in international trade and public policy. Prior to joining Paypal in August 2018, he was the managing director and regional head of regulatory, industry and government affairs for State Street’s businesses in Asia Pacific. Steven also served as Director of Government Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility for the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. He previously held positions in the US government as a Foreign Services Office with the Department of State with overseas and domestic assignments in Mexico, China and Washington D.C., and as Deputy Director for China and Mongolia Affairs with the Department of Commerce.

Sudhanshu Tewari

Sudhanshu Tewari is the CEO of Rewardz, a mobile-first technology company that provides digital incentives to help companies build strong relationships with their employees, clients, B2B channel partners and more while aligning behaviours with corporate values to drive a high-performance culture.

Sudhanshu co-founded Rewardz in 2012 and bootstrapped it to become one of the largest players in rewards and recognition solutions across Asia. Recognized for its analytics-driven employee engagement solutions while creating change through positive reinforcement and gamification, Rewardz has served 500,000 users and 150 clients across 21 countries.

Sudhanshu hails from a banking background with over a decade of experience with reputable investment banks. He has served as Vice President at JP Morgan and played executive roles at RBS and Credit Suisse where he was instrumental in implementing bank-wide trading platforms. His corporate experience makes him well qualified to understand how large organizations operate and how to drive productivity using innovative employee engagement tools.

Sudhir Agarwal

Sudhir Agarwal is the Chief Executive Officer of Singapore-based Everise, a joint venture between private equity and real estate investment firm, Everstone and Sunrise, a company he also founded and leads as CEO. At Everise, Sudhir is responsible for leading and expanding the business operations throughout Singapore and across Asia and realising its vision to create a USD 500 million Experience Company in the BPO Industry. Based in Singapore, Everise operates eight operating centres across the U.S., the Philippines and Latin America, with over 8,000 employees providing multilingual support to clients ranging from major global multinational companies to local firms.

Suganthi Shivkumar

Suganthi Shivkumar is the Managing Director for Qlik ASEAN. Based in Singapore, Suganthi is responsible for driving Qlik’s business and leading teams throughout the ASEAN region, which includes Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

Prior to joining Qlik, Suganthi has held senior roles across Asia Pacific in software companies like Hyperion, Informatica, BackOffice Associates and JDA and was also an award winning regional trainer.

Suganthi holds a Bachelors degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore. She was the recipient of the 6th Annual Stevie Award for Best Asian Executive (Nov 2009) in New York as well as the iGroupWomen Leaders in India (Winner in the Overseas Women Category – Dec 2009).

Sujit Ghosh

Dr. Sujit Ghosh is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Holcim Singapore Pte Ltd. Specializing in high-performance civil engineering materials, he builds his expertise through various roles in multinational companies across the Asia Pacific region including in Singapore, India, Australia, and Indonesia. He was a member of the Global Holcim Innovation prize jury in 2012.
