Joe Duncan
Joe Duncan is a FinTech entrepreneur, with a strong background in Cryptocurrency and Artificial Intelligence. He is a derivatives pioneer, with over fifteen years of banking experience at various financial institutions such as Citibank and Morgan Stanley.
Joe also encompasses a global background in corporate funding and development - from angel investing in Asia to multi-billion dollar underwritings and restructurings on Wall Street.
In addition, Joe is an active keynote speaker at several events. He is Co-Chair and emcee of the American Club of Singapore’s FinTech Forum, organised by the American Club quarterly.
Joe divides his time between Singapore and New York City.
Joe Seunghyun Cho
Mr Joe Seunghyun Cho is the CEO at LATTICE80 & Co-founder and Chairman of Marvelstone Group. LATTICE80 is the World's Largest Fintech Hub located in Singapore and Marvelstone Group is a private investment group that develops and invests in growing businesses. With finance as its core strength, it also makes diversified investments in technology, real estate, infrastructure, energy and media. Headquartered in Singapore, the Marvelstone Group believes in the growth of Asia and seeks to be a cornerstone investor to bring forth positive development and social impact to local communities.
Mr Cho also sits on the committee for Singapore FinTech Association, a cross-industry non-profit platform to facilitate and support collaboration between all FinTech ecosystem participants and stakeholders. The Association plans to become an effective platform for members to engage with multiple stakeholders to find solutions to issues.
In his long investment career, Mr Cho has held various leadership positions from CEO of Yozma Ventures (including Managing Partner / Head of Private Equity of Yozma Group Asia) based out of Korea, to co-founding a hedge fund and asset management company.

Joel Ko Hyun Sik
As an investor and serial entrepreneur, Joel's lifelong goal is to invest in and support 10,000 innovative individuals and companies around the world focusing on AI, FinTech, and Smart City innovations. Recently, leveraging his experience as the co-founder of the world’s largest FinTech hub LATTICE80, Joel is passionately committed to launching an AI hub called ‘DeepBase’ globally.
Joel has written widely on the topic of AI, FinTech, Blockchain, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship for publications including The Business Times, Yahoo, Tech In Asia and Singapore Business Review, and has volunteered actively as a mentor for startups. As an Affiliate Faculty at the Singapore Management University (SMU), he lectures on AI and FinTech.
He was selected as a LinkedIn Power Profile (Top 8) for Singapore in Finance in 2018. Joel holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore Business School.

Joel Neoh is one of Asia’s most recognized and successful young entrepreneurs. Joel is the Chief Executive Officer of Fave, Southeast Asia’s leading Digital Merchant Platform with presence in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
Joel was one of the initial founders of the Groupon businesses in Asia and headed up Asia Pacific region for 4 years. He played an instrumental role in establishing the high-growth
business model that propelled Groupon into a multi-billion dollar business, with thousands of employees spanning across 12 countries.
Joel has co-founded several successful companies including social news platform SAYS.com, and invested in a string of technology venture capital funds and startups across Asia. In 2013, SAYS.com merged with Catcha Media and the company was rebranded as REV Asia. REV Asia was recently acquired by Media Prima for over RM120mil.
Joel has received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Malaysian Tatler also awarded Joel Entrepreneur Par Excellence in 2018. He completed his studies in Monash University and Harvard Business School.

Joergen Oerstroem Moeller is Cand. Polit. (Master of Science, Economics) University of Copenhagen 1968. He is a visiting Senior Research Fellow, Institute of Southeast Asian Studies and an Adjunct Professor of Singapore Management University & Copenhagen Business School.
