Emon Zaman

Emon Zaman is Senior Vice President and Head of Asia Pacific at AVEVA. AVEVA is a leader in engineering and industrial software that is at the heart of the world’s most ambitious and complex projects and assets in the Process and Power industries.

Emon’s team is responsible for driving the growth, adoption and support of AVEVA’s industry leading technologies within the Asia Pacific region enabling Performance Intelligence within the Process and Manufacturing industries. Over the last 15 years, he has held a variety of roles within AVEVA including Strategy, Sales and Service Delivery. 

Prior to AVEVA, Emon was at Aspen Technology in Sales and Service Delivery roles driving adoption of new technologies. Earlier in his career, Emon worked in Engineering projects in the Petrochemical and Oil & gas industries.

Emon graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Calgary.

Emon is currently based in Singapore and recently moved from Houston, Texas after spending 10 years in the US.

Eric Chin

Eric is the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) of InCorp Group. He provides consultancy to local and foreign entities on the ideal market-entry strategies for setting up or expanding operations in Southeast Asia.

Before joining InCorp, he was the Senior Vice President and Team Lead of the International Subsidiaries Banking division of HSBC and OCBC.

An ex-corporate banker for more than 11 years, he has extensive experience in working with companies of different sizes: tech startups, scaleups, international SMEs, and multinational corporations in Singapore and the rest of the world.

At present, Eric regularly participates as a guest speaker in business forums sponsored or organised by the Singaporean government or by InCorp’s corporate partners. He also participates as an advisor in mentorship programs for tech startups in Singapore.

Eric Wong

Eric Wong is Head of Talent Acquisition & Development (APJ and China) at Polycom. His experience spans across the various human resource functions such as HR Information Systems, Business Partnering, and Talent Management. Eric currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS).

Erich Gerber

Erich Gerber is the Senior Vice President of International Sales of TIBCO Software. An experienced senior executive with over 25 years in the information technology industry, Erich Gerber is responsible for TIBCO Software’s business across international markets, which consist of Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Erich has wide experience covering global markets, direct and indirect sales, as well as Infrastructure and BI software. Having led various organisations in senior leadership positions with American- and German-driven company structures, Erich is an adept and adaptable leader with a keen focus on developing global customer relationships and bringing to market timely solutions that deliver value. With his extensive experience and track record for overachievement, Erich has built teams that have delivered significant growth at TIBCO by fine-tuning business operations and successfully managing profitability.

Erik Hermanson

Erik Hermanson is the Managing Director Razorfish Hong Kong and Singapore, he is responsible for managing the operations, driving the agency’s business strategy, and the senior lead for all multinational accounts.
