Dean Anand Anandalingam

G. “Anand” Anandalingam is the Dean of Imperial College Business School at Imperial College London. Previously he was Dean of the Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2008 to 2013. He was the Senior Associate Dean and occasional Acting Dean from 2007 to 2008. Imperial College Business School, with a focus on innovation, is ranked among the top-40 business schools in the world by the Financial Times and top-10 in Europe. Its faculty is ranked #2 in the UK in research productivity.

Debbie Troklus

Debbie Troklus is Managing Director at Aegis Compliance and Ethics Center. She advises clients on topics including compliance program implementation, compliance program effectiveness reviews, audit, education development and delivery, and investigations. Debbie currently serves on the board of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and Health Care Compliance Association. She also is the current president for the Compliance Certification Board.

Deborah Heng

Deborah Heng is the Country Manager at Mastercard Singapore. She has more than two decades of experience across the finance and payments space, and currently leads all aspects of the Mastercard business in Singapore.

Declan Ee

Declan founded Castlery in 2013 with a strong passion for furniture, and the vision that every consumer should enjoy high quality furniture designs at a price-friendly tag, through a unique shopping experience.

Declan is passionate about technology, entrepreneurship and music. He is a mentor for financial tech companies at StartupBootCamp, works with Universal Music Producer, Tat Tong and is involved in more than 10 original musicals.

Prior to Castlery, Declan also has more than 10 years of experience in the finance industry with Lehman Brothers, Nomura and Jeffries in fixed income, equities and private equities. 

Deepak Ramanathan

Deepak is Vice President of Global Technology Practice at SAS Institute.

In his role, Deepak advises organizations that are investing in AI and machine learning projects with the objective of new business models and revenue streams. These conversations are moving from the data science backrooms to the boardrooms. 

For over two decades, Deepak has had the privilege of leading the smartest data scientists across the globe as they unlock the value of analytics for SAS’s customers. 

Deepesh Trivedi

Deepesh is the Head of Retail & Ecommerce for South East Asia at Facebook, based in Singapore. He joined Facebook in 2008 as one of the early hires in the London office, where he helped grow Facebook’s advertising business by working closely with some of Facebook's largest retail and e-commerce advertisers in Europe. Deepesh recently won the Smart Awards, Asia 2014 for e-Commerce Leader of the Year.

Deepshikha Kumar

Deepshikha Kumar is founder and CEO of SpeakIn, Asia's largest digital platform for professional learning backed by 18000+ global CEOs, speakers, business experts and thought leaders. Based in Singapore Deepshikha is a TedX speaker, author and winner of the Asia Women Icon Award Singapore. A former management consultant she is an alumnus of the ISB, Hyderabad and the Wharton School of Business and a member of TiE Global and the Young FICCI Ladies Organization. 

Derren Joseph

Derren is a Partner in Hayden T Joseph & Co (DBA "Advanced American Tax). He is a member of the International Tax team at Moores Rowland Asia Pacific, with over 30 offices in 11 countries.

He is an Enrolled Agent who is admitted to practice before the IRS, is an associate member of the American Institute of CPAs, holds 2 Masters degrees in Economics, a Certified Diploma from ACCA, done Executive Education at Columbia Business School, and has completed Advanced Tax Coursework at both New York University and the University of London.
