Wing Tai Properties Finance appoints Kenneth Ng Kar Wai as executive director and managing director

He is a seasoned chartered civil engineer with considerable expertise in the development and construction of a variety of properties.

Wing Tai Properties Finance announced the appointment of Kenneth Ng Kar Wai as executive director and managing director of the group's property division effective 22 January 2015.

Mr Ng, 58, shall be responsible for directing all property projects and ensure effective output from all concerned (including consultants and advisors) so as to achieve timely delivery of all construction projects within scope, budget design and quality standards, according to a Wing Tai Properties Finance report.

He is a seasoned chartered civil engineer with considerable expertise in the development and construction of a variety of properties, ranging from commercial and residential to hospitality developments, in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other Asian cities. He is currently director, Projects (Hong Kong) at Swire Properties responsible for the design, construction and delivery of all new property developments in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Swire Properties in 2002, he has worked for various well-known property development and construction companies including Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Group, CITIC Pacific, and Hsin Chong Construction Group.
