Nicholas Keong joins Knight Frank Singapore as IPM team head

Keong was previously with JLL for six years.

Knight Frank Singapore has appointed Nicholas Keong as the head for its International Project Marketing (IPM) team effective 1 March, an announcement revealed.

According to Knight Frank Singapore, Keong will be responsible for business development, securing new overseas appointments, and formulating strategies to market and sell overseas residential properties in the firm’s bid to build upon its foundation across markets in Australia, US, Japan and Europe.

“I’m glad that we’ve been able to add on key personnel to the Knight Frank family over the course of the year, and Nicholas will add to that strength, especially as investors continue looking overseas for second homes, holiday homes or investment assets for the future,” Knight Frank Singapore’s managing director and chairman Danny Yeo said in a statement.

Keong was formerly with Jones Lang Laselle (JLL), where he spent six years leading regional initiatives and strategising returns on overseas property portfolios, as well as building a stronger investor network.
