Frasers Centrepoint Trust names Tay Hwee Pio as Financial Controller

Ms Tay will be assigned to manage the financial activities of the company.

Frasers Centrepoint Trust announced the appointment of Tay Hwee Pio as Financial Controller. Ms Tay is a Singapore Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She brings with her 17 years of experience in financial control of property related companies.

Ms Tay, 43, replaces Ms Teo Siaw Shien who has resigned as Financial Controller of the Manager. Ms Teo has agreed to extend her last day of service from the previously announced 9 March 2012 to 30 April 2012 to facilitate a smooth handover.

Ms Tay will be responsible for the financial activities of Frasers Centrepoint Trust and she will provide support in areas of secretariat, compliance, taxation and treasury, accordng to a Frasers Centrepoint Trust report.

She has been the Chief Financial Officer for Frasers Centrepoint Limited’s China operations. Responsibilities include overseeing finance, treasury, accounting, tax, human resources and administration matters from 2006 to present. Before this she was Financial Controller, Keppel Land Limited’s Shanghai office from 2002 to 2006.
