China Yuanbang Property Holdings names Zheng Shaorong as executive director

He replaced Xiang Jin, who is relocated to Sichuan to help to oversee the Group's Wanyuan project.

China Yuanbang Property Holdings announced the appointment of Zheng Shaorong as executive director.

Mr Zheng, 47, has been with the Group since April 2007 as an Investment and Internal Audit Manager and is familiar with the Group's operations.

Mr Zheng Shaorong will take on the executive duties and be responsible for the Group's business development plans.

From 2007 until his appointment, he joined Guangdong Yuanbang Real Estate Development as investment and internal audit manager of. Subsequently in year 2008, based on Mr Zheng's capabilities, he was assigned with more duties to oversee the Group's financial department, human resources department, legal department as well as compliance matters required under the listing rules of SGX-ST, according to a China Yuanbang Property Holdings report.

Before this he was CFO of Guangzhou Ruifeng Industrial from 2006 to 2007 and vive general manager of Swiss Zhongxing Investment Co. Ltd and Shenzhen Pearl River Enterprises from 1999 to 2006.
