China New Town Development appoints E Hock Yap as Director

He had worked in various investment banks and financial services companies in Asia Pacific Region for over 30 years.

The Board of China New Town Development announced the appointment of E Hock Yap as Director. He is also a Nominating Committee Chairman and a Renumeration Committee Member.

Mr. Yap, 56, had obtained a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom and he is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Yap had worked in various investment banks and financial services companies in Asia Pacific Region for over 30 years, according to a China New Town Development report.
