China Merchants Holdings Pacific appoints two deputy general managers

Zhang Yang is currently Deputy General Manager while Liu Xianfu is CFO of China Merchants Huajian Highway Investment.

China Merchants Holdings Pacific announced the appointment of Zhang Yang and Liu Xianfu as deputy general managers.

Ms Zhang Yang, 49, will oversee the human resource and corporate administration matters of the Group.

She is currently deputy general manager of China Merchants Huajian Highway Investment since April 2007. Before this she was manager, Securities Department and assistant to general manager of China Merchants Huajian Highway Investment from October 2000 to March 2007.

Meanwhile, Mr Liu, 49, will oversee the internal control system and risk management of the Group, according to a China Merchants Holdings Pacific report.

He is currently chief financial officer of China Merchants Huajian Highway Investment since April 2007. In the past he was director of Finance Department of China Merchants Group from April 2005 to April 2007; and manager, Department of Planning and Finance of China Merchants Huajian Highway Investment from November 1999 to March 2005.
