Cedar Strategic Holdings names Lim Chai Har as CFO

Cedar Strategic Holdings announced the appointment of Lim Chai Har as chief financial officer.

Ms Lim, 60, will be overall responsible for accounts, finance and tax matters, treasury management and corporate governance and compliance matters, corporate secretarial and investor relations relating to the investment and M&A of the Group. She will also handle fundraising matters and mergers and acquisitions, according to a Cedar Strategic Holdings report.

In the past, she was director and CFO of Trechance Holdings from October 2013 until her appointment. Before this, she was CFO of Sino-Excel Limited from March 2011 to September 2013 and Group CFO, CAO. personal assistant to chairman at Ghim Li Group from October 1999 to March 2002 and September 2002 to March 2011.
