CapitaLand names new lead independent director

Lim will also be chairman of CapitaLand’s audit committee.

CapitaLand has announced the appointment of Anthony Lim as its new lead independent director at the conclusion of its next annual general meeting scheduled for April 2021.

Lim will also be the chairman of the company’s audit committee upon the completion of CapitaLand’s audited accounts for FY2020, expected to be in March 2021.

He is currently an independent director in CapitaLand, having joined its board in August 2017.
