CapitaLand appoints Stephen Lee Ching Yen as Independent Non-Executive Director

He will take over starting 1 January 2013.

CapitaLand Limited announced the appointment of Mr Stephen Lee Ching Yen as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2013.

Following the above appointment, the Board of CapitaLand will comprise the following Directors:
