Capitaland appoints Olivier Lim Tse Ghow as Chief Investment Officer

He will be tasked to assess the overall investment, merger and acquisition opportunities for the Group.

The Board of CapitaLand names Olivier Lim Tse Ghow as Chief Investment Officer. Given Mr Lim's extensive experience in CapitaLand and in managing the multiple and continuous financial management demands expected of CapitaLand, the Board is confident that Mr Lim will be able to apply his experience to effectively direct and co-ordinate the Group's investment activities in Singapore and overseas.

Mr Lim will oversee and assess the overall investment, merger and acquisition opportunities for the Group, according to a CapotaLand report.

Before the appointment he was Head of Strategic Corporate Development from Aug 2011 to present. Before this he was Group Chief Financial Officer, CapitaLand Limited from Jul 2005 to Jul 2011 and Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer, CapitaLand Limited from Nov 2004 - Jun 2005.
