CapitaLand appoints Arthur Lang Tao Yih as chief financial officer

Mr Lang will also be concurrently appointed as a member of the Investment Committee and the Finance and Budget Committee.

According to a release, Mr Lang will replace Mr Olivier Lim Tse Ghow in the aforesaid appointments as Mr Lim will concurrently relinquish his appointment as Group CFO and assume the position of Head of Strategic Corporate Development.

Following the aforementioned changes, the compositions of the IC and the FBC of the Company will be as follows:
