Bukit Sembawang Estates names Tan Chwee Huat as Alternate Director to Lee Chien Shih

He has extensive experience in the field of property investment, development, operations and property administration.

The Board of Bukit Sembawang Estates announced the appointment of Tan Chwee Huat as Alternate Director to Lee Chien Shih.

Mr Tan, 52, joined Kallang Development, a subsidiary of Lee Rubber Co in 1994. He is currently the General Manager of various property companies under the Lee Rubber Group in Singapore with a varied portfolio of Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Residential and Serviced Residence.

Mr Tan has extensive experience in the field of property investment, development, operations and property administration including valuation and acquisition. He is also involved in several integrated township developments in Malaysia, according to a Bukit Sembawang Estates report.

Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building from the National University of Singapore. He is a member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
