Ascendas India Trust names Girija Prasad Pande as Director

He has spent over three decades working in senior capacities in a large Multi National Company Bank and in Tata Consultancy Services.

The Board of Ascendas India Trust announced the appointment of Girija Prasad Pande as Director.

Mr Pande, 62, spent the last ten years with TCS, based in Singapore, his last role being Chairman of TCS, Asia Pacific ("APAC"). TCS is one of the largest global IT companies with revenues of over $10 billion and nearly 240,000 software associates in over 45 countries. Mr. Pande was instrumental in setting up TCS’ APAC headquarters in Singapore in 2001 and as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), pioneered its business growth in APAC from scratch, building relationships with well known Western and Asian MNC, according to an Ascendas India Trust report.
