Yanlord contracted pre-sales leaps by more than 200% in August

Pre-sales for the eight months ended 31 August increased by 31.9%.

Yanlord Land Group Limited reported a total of $1.60b in contracted pre-sales from its residential and commercial units and car parks in August, an increase of 244.8% and 54.4%, respectively compared to the same period last year.

For the eight months ended 31 August 2022, Yanlord, together with its joint ventures and associates, saw its total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks reach $9.04b on contracted gross floor area (GFA) of 824,267 sqm, an increase of 31.9% and a decrease of 23.8% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2021.

Yanlord also recorded a total of $570m in subscription sales which the group expects to be turned into property contracted pre-sales in the following months.

In August 2022, the total contracted pre-sales of other property development projects under the group’s project management business bearing the “Yanlord” brand name was approximately $78.87m on a contracted GFA of 10,478 sqm.
