URA, MoH receive 4 tender submissions for Parry Avenue site

The tender for the site closed on 21 March.

The tender for the site at Parry Avenue for a private assisted living development closed on 21 March with four submissions.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the Ministry of Health (MoH) received tenders from Evia Real Estate (I) Pte Ltd, Allium Healthcare Holdings Pte Ltd, Yuan Ching group, United Medicare Development, and two separate submissions from Pre 20 Pte. Ltd.

URA and MoH launched the Parry Avenue site for sale via a Concept and Price Revenue tender on 29 September 2022.

Tenderers submitted their concept proposals and tender prices separately.

Only shortlisted concept proposals that are shortlisted will proceed to the second stage of evaluation, which will be based only on price.

"The site will then be awarded to the shortlisted tenderer with the highest bid price,” the URA said.
