Two-storey retail podium at The Linq for sale for $136m

The expression of interest ends on 16 August at 3 pm.

A freehold two-storey retail podium at The Linq within the Beauty World precinct consisting of 53 individual strata-titled units with a combined is for sale collectively through an expression of interest with an indicative guide price of $136m or around $4,580 per square foot.

In a statement, CBRE said the corner freehold land located around 200 metres along Upper Bukit Timah Road and Jalan Jurong Kechil is expected to be completed in mid-2024.

Clemence Lee, Executive Director of Capital Markets, Singapore at CBRE, said 80% of the units are provisioned for “restaurant” use which would complement the existing retail and food and beverage options in the immediate vicinity and the future Bukit V retail mall.

Unit sizes range from 17 to 101 square metres, he said.

All the residential units within the property have been sold.

Both locals and foreigners can buy the property with no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty as it is a commercial asset.

The submission of expression of interest will close on 16 August at 3 pm.
