Two-storey attic shophouse within City Hall for sale

The expression of interest ends on 21 June 2023 at 3 pm.

A two-storey attic shophouse within the City Hall is up for sale through an expression of interest with an indicative price of $2,876 per square foot (sq ft) per plot ratio or a total of $17.8m, according to Savills Singapore.

In a statement, Savills said the property at 24 Purvis Street is on a land area of around 1,679 sq ft, with an existing gross floor area of about 3,701 sq ft.

Savills said both levels of the property have restaurant approvals and include necessary provisions for food and beverage operations.

Its ground floor is currently leased to Nutmeg & Clove group’s casual diner bar concept, Fizzy Dayz, whilst the upper floors are occupied by board game cafe operator King and the Pawn. 

Zone as Commercial and Residential under the Urban Redevelopment Authority Master Plan 2019, the property also has a plot ratio of 4.2 and permission for a five-storey rear extension, allowing the increase of the floor area to around 7,052 sq ft.
