Three adjacent strata office units at SBF Center for sale

The prices of the units range from $2.25m to $2.44m.

A total of three adjacent strata office units on Level 13 of the SBF Center are for sale through an expression of interest which will close on 27 June at 3 pm.

In a statement, Knight Frank said the office units which range from 624 square feet (sf) to 678 sf cover a total area of 1,969 sf. They can be bought individually or collectively.

The units are sold from $2.25m to $2.44m or around $3,600 per sf.

Both locals and foreigners are eligible to buy the property with no additional buyer’s stamp duty and seller’s stamp duty upon purchase.

SBR Centre offer mixed-use concept accommodation contemporary office spaces, a dedicated medical centre, a roof garden, and a pool.

Knight Frank noted that the interest in the strata office market declined by 15.7% year-on-year in the first quarter to $126.4m with only 54 units sold due to the rising interest rates and global market outlook uncertainty.
