It has 255 units comprising 54 townhouses and a 29-storey block housing a shop unit and 200 apartments.

The reserve price for Thomson View Condominium remains unchanged at $918m or $1,275 per sq ft per plot ratio, inclusive of charges and premiums.

The property is near MRT stations, schools, retail shops, eateries and lifestyle amenities such as MacRitchie Reservoir Park, Bishan Park, and the Singapore Island Country Club.

Authorities have approved the proposed redevelopment of the property to 1,240 residential units based on an average apartment size of 85 sq m.
