Tembusu Grand sales bookings begin on 8 April

The property offers 638 units in its four towers.

The sales bookings for City Developments Limited (CDL), and MCL Land’s Tembusu Grand will start on 8 April 2023, with the preview of the property commencing on 24 March.

In a statement, CDL said the property located in the enclaves of Tanjong Katong and East Coast, is composed of 638 units across four towers.

It will offer various unit types ranging from a 527 square feet (sq ft) one-bedroom plus study worth $1.248m to a 1,711 sq ft five-bedroom unit for $4.028m. It also has two Penthouses at 2,691 sq ft.

Meanwhile, a two-bedroom unit is priced at $1.548m, a three-bedroom at $2.278m, and a four-bedroom worth $3.288m.

Tembusu Grand is also within an eight-minute walk to the upcoming Tanjong Katon MRT station on the Thomson East Coast Line, and is a short drive to the Central Business District, Marina Bay Financial District, and Changi Airport through major expressways.
