Soilbuild Construction bags new contracts worth $3.6m

Precast Concrete also secured a supply and delivery contract.

Soilbuild Construction secured new contracts totalling $3.6m from SB (TND) Investment for the development of Tampines North.

Through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Soil-Build and Precast Concrete, the project constitutes a mandated interested person transaction subject to the interest person transaction mandate

Precast Concrete has also been awarded a contract for the supply and delivery of precast components to a Housing and Development Board public housing project in Kallang Whampoa, Singapore.

The combined value of these contracts amounts to approximately $3.6m. 

Whilst contributing to the Company's order book, currently standing at approximately $604.1m, these contracts are not anticipated to significantly impact the consolidated net tangible assets per share or consolidated earnings per share for the current financial year ending 31 December 2024.
