A 999-year six-storey commercial building in Bugis Junction is up for sale through an expression of interest with an indicative price ranging from $90m to $92m.

In a statement, PropNex Singapore said the property at 530 North Bridge Road is located between Bugis Junction, Tan Quee Lan Street and Liang Seah Street. It also has a rooftop garden and a basement.

The property has an original site area of 4,076 square feet (sq ft) and a net site area of 2,784 sq ft due to the road reserve following redevelopment. It has a total floor area of around 19,902 sq ft.

The first floor and the basement are currently leased to a 6 am to 3 am dining place, whilst the upper floors were occupied by new karaoke operators. Prospective buyers will have naming and signage rights and change the use to other services such as 24-hour restaurants and cloud kitchens, private clubs, offices and co-living, subject to the approval of relevant authorities.

PropNex said the deadline for the expression of interest exercise will close on 18 April 2023 at 3 pm.
