SG’s data centre vacancy rate hits record-low of less than 2%
The Lion City has under 4MW of available leasing space.
The vacancy rate of Singapore’s data centre market has fallen under 2% in 1Q23, a record-low, according to CBRE.
With under 2% vacancy, the Lion City’s available leasing space now stands at 4MW.
CBRE attributed the low vacancy in the city to “limited power supply and high sustainability requirements.”
Given these two factors, CBRE expects Singapore’s data centre inventory to “remain tight.”
