Sembcorp boosts portfolio with 3 Vietnam Singapore Industrial Parks

The company is now involved in 18 VSIPs.

Sembcorp Development, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries(Sembcorp), has boosted its portfolio with three Vietnam Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIPs).

Companies held by Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company (VSIP JV Co), a JV between Sembcorp and Becamex IDC Corporation, won the investment licenses for the three VSIPs.

Sembcorp’s effective shares in VSIPs Thai Binh, VSIP Quang Ngai II and Becamex-VSIP Binh range from 24.6% to 49.3%.

With three new projects, Sembcorp is now involved in 18 VSIPs, totalling 11,588 hectares of licensed land.
