Savills bags $100m deal for 3 office floors in Tong Building

Savills brokered levels 6, 9, and 10 of Tong Building.

Savills has brokered a total of three office floors in Tong Building in Orchard Road including levels 6, 9, and 10.

Levels 9 and 10 have a strata area of approximately 13,734 sq ft.

Level 6 was the latest transaction which was sold for $31.33m or $4,562 per sq ft (psf) in August.

The cumulative sales of levels 6, 9, and 10 reached approximately $100m, with an average blended price of $4,845 psf.

Savills said that the key bidders for the office floors were family offices, medical groups and users, and owner-occupiers.
