Sabana Industrial REIT reports lower portfolio occupancy of 91.8% in 3Q23
In 2Q23, the REIT’s portfolio occupancy was 93.9%.
Sabana Industrial REIT recorded a portfolio occupancy of 91.8% in 3Q23.
The 3Q23 record is lower than the 2Q23 occupancy of 93.9%.
In the same period, the REIT recorded a lower rental reversion of 16.8% (vs 27.1% in 2Q23).
Whilst recording a lower occupancy, the REIT saw a longer weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of 3.1 years.
Its new leases and renewed leases likewise improved during the quarter, rising to 111,440 sq ft and 212,735 sq ft, respectively.
