A-REIT completes development of Nexus@one-north

TOP obtained, pre-commitment already at 58.3%.

The Board of Directors of Ascendas Funds Management (S) Limited, the manager of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT), has announced that the development project named Nexus@one-north, a business park property located at Fusionopolis, has obtained Temporary Occupation Permit.

The property comprises two towers of 6-storey office and business park space which are linked by a central landscape plaza and a sky bridge with a 184-lot basement car park. It has a net lettable area of approximately 21,167 sqm and is located in close proximity to the one-north MRT.

Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Manager, Mr Tan Ser Ping said, “Through proactive leasing and given the quality specifications of the building, we are pleased to announce that the building has achieved a pre-commitment for 58.3% of the lettable space. Another 16.2% of the lettable space is under advanced negotiation.”

Among the committed tenants at Nexus@one-north are National Healthcare Group Pte Ltd, Fox International Channels and Croda Singapore Pte Ltd.
