Over 6.36 hectares of industrial land supply launched for H2

There are four sites on the confirmed list and three on the reserve list.

A total site area of 6.36 hectares (ha) was launched under the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme for the second half of this year.

In a statement, the Ministry of Trade and Industry said there will be four industrial sites on the confirmed list and three sites on the reserve list.

For the confirmed list, the sites are located at Plot 2 Jalan Papan, Plot 11a Tampines North Drive 5, Plot 5 Jalan Papan, and 25 Gul Drive. 

Under the reserve list, the sites are located at Woodlands Industrial Park E7/E8, Plot 3 Jalan Papan, and Plot 7 Tampines North Drive:

The government will allow a site under reserve list for tender if:

(a) An interested party submits an application with an offer of a minimum purchase price that is acceptable to the Government; or

(b) There is sufficient market interest in the form of more than one unrelated party submitting minimum purchase prices that are close to the Government’s Reserve Price for the site within a reasonable period.
