Office floor in Suntec City on sale for $36m

The sale is open to both locals and foreigners.

An entire office floor in Suntec City is on sale for a guide pride of $36m which translates to $3,600 per square foot (psf).

The entire floor measures approximately 9,989 sq ft and comprises four strata titles. 

The property's marketing agent, Knight Frank, said the sale is open for both locals and foreigners with no Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty nor Seller's Stamp Duty imposed on the purchase.

Knight Frank believes the listing price is "reasonable" given the recent office transaction in Suntec City.

In June, one unit on Level 30 of the building was sold for $38.75m or $3,300 psf.

"This asset is suitable for owner-occupiers and investors who view commercial properties as safe-haven assets. Furthermore, buyers have the option not only to buy the whole floor but individual strata lot basis," Executive Director of Capital Markets at Knight Frank Singapore, Mary Sai, said.
