Prime freehold mixed-use property, Crystal Court, and an adjoining plot of private land along River Valley Road are up for sale via tender with a guide price of $115m or $2,456 per square feet per plot ratio.

In a statement, Edmund Tie & Company said the five-storey Crystal Court sits on a 1,554.2 square-metre site, comprising a basement carpark, a commercial unit on the ground floor, and 16 apartments on the upper floors ranging from 103 sqm to 245 sqm.

Completed in the 1980s, the property has a total gross floor area of 5,407 sqm.

The buyer may explore the reuse of the property such as serviced residences, co-living residences, hotels or postpartum care centres, subject to authorities' approval.

The adjoining land plot between Crystal Court and River Valley Road, meanwhile has an area of 377 sqm, serving as a private service road with car parking lots.

Submission of separate tender bids for each property closes on 20 November at 3 p.m.
