Mapletree Logistics Trust acquires Grade A warehouse in India for $14.5m

The warehouse is 100% leased to a domestic 3PL operator.

Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) will acquire a modern Grade A warehouse in Farukhnagar, Delhi NCR, India for $14.5m (INR900m) to expand its footprint in the fifth largest economy in the world.

The single-storey warehouse completed in mid-2022 is 100% leased to a third-party logistics (3PL) operator in India.

Sited on a land area of 51,446 square metres (“sqm”),

The warehouse, which sits on a land area of 51,446 square metres (sqm), is built to modern Grade A specifications, including a high floor-to-ceiling height of 12 metres, a strong floor loading capacity of 50 KiloNewtons per sqm and a fire sprinkler system.
