Keppel DC Reit Management appoints new independent director

Yeo Siew Eng has over three decades of experience in management and finance roles.

Keppel DC Reit Management declared Yeo Siew Eng as its new independent director starting 1 November.

Yeo has over three decades of experience in professional practice and finance roles in commercial organisations.

She served as a partner in Deloitte & Touché LLP where she retired in 2018 and was head of real estate practice.

For her finance background, Yeo led audits of clients in infrastructure projects, property development and investment and related technical services. She also led audits in other industries including manufacturing, marine transportation, oil and derivative trading, hospitality, retail and channel distribution.

Yeo was also a director in Transit Link Pte Ltd (subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority in Singapore) and in companies listed on the Singapore Exchange - Venture Corporation Limited and Nam Lee Pressed Metal Industries Limited.

She earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Singapore (now part of the National University of Singapore). She is also Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a member of Singapore Institute of Directors.
