JTC to sell 12.59 ha of industrial sites in H2 2018

There are six sites under Confirmed List whilst seven sites are part of the Reserved List.

JTC is set to sell six industrial sites under Confirmed List and seven industrial sites under Reserved List through the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme of the Ministry of Trade in Industry (MTI). A total site area of 12.59 ha is expected to be sold by the second half of 2018, an announcement revealed.

With site areas totalling 4.09 ha, all sites under the Confirmed List are with B2 zoning and 20 years of tenure. The list includes Woodlands Industrial Park E2/E53 (0.50 ha), Plot 2, Tampines North Drive 3 (0.48 ha), Plot 27, Tuas South Link 3 (0.60 ha), Plot B, Jalan Lam Huat (0.77 ha), Plot 20, Tuas South Link 3 (0.44 ha), Plot 1 and Jalan Papan, (1.30 ha).

Meanwhile, interested buyers still need to file an application for sites under the Reserve List. With site areas totalling 8.50 ha, the list includes Woodlands Avenue 12 (2.10 ha), Corporation Drive (1.26 ha), Gul Circle (1 ha), Plot 19, Tuas South Link 3 (0.45 ha), Plot 9, Tampines North (0.49 ha), Plot 2, Gambas Avenue/Sembawang Avenue (1.20 ha), and Plot 1, Benoi Sector (2 ha).

According to MTI, sites under the Confirmed List will be available starting July. Some Reserve List sites are already available whilst the rest will be available starting November.
