iProperty.com opens inaugural international property expo in Singapore

Event will reveal some of developments, understand how Singapore’s new property measures will affect investors.

iProperty.com Singapore, Singapore’s leading property website and part of the iProperty.com Group, hosts the first ever property expo at the iconic Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre this weekend, 23rd to 24th October, 2010. iProperty.com Expo: International Collection showcases over 150 properties from more than 50 developers from three continents – Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Thailand, Islands of Oceania and many others. The Expo presents the unique chance to see the world’s best upcoming property developments gathered for the first time under one roof, according to an iProperty.com report.

Sixty percent (60%) of the Expo features Malaysian residential, commercial, industrial and retail developments by some of the most prestigious developers, namely Sime Darby, Mah Sing, IJM, Sunway, Ireka, UEM Land, Danga Bay, Genting Properties, Dijaya and Horizon Hills. Having a strong base in Malaysia, these developers display immense confidence in promoting their developments to the Singapore market for the first time. Well-known among the locals with supreme locations and track record sales, these Malaysian developments present golden opportunities for Singapore and overseas investors, all housed in one exclusive location.

The iProperty.com Expo also features a Singapore property pavilion showcasing private prestigious projects, such as Rochelle @ Newton, Waterfront Gold in Bedok and The Grange Collection in the heart of Orchard among other luxury bungalows and private developments by Link (THM) Group.

Along with the exclusive first look at these amazing future developments, the attendees are invited to listen, for free, as industry experts give their insights on the real estate markets in Singapore and around the region, and tips for those keen to invest in local or overseas properties.

Some of the highlights include:

  • Find out about some of the amazingly good value developments that are coming to market. Would you like to own a freehold condominium in the heart of Kuala Lumpur for less than the average cost of a HDB apartment? How about a 1000+ square foot, sea view apartment in Penang for as little as S$189 per square foot? These are just two of the fantastic developments being showcased at the iProperty.com Expo.
  • Understand how Singapore’s new property measures will affect you. Whatever your status and income – whether you are a HDB owner or a first-time buyer – the iProperty.com Expo’s series of free seminars provide concise and free advice on the Singapore property market, the policies and the new measures.
  • Learn how to maximise your property’s potential. Attend the iProperty.com Expo’s free talks on purchasing property for the first time, how to upgrade effectively, and how to make money from property investment.

Mr Shaun Di Gregorio, Chief Executive Officer of the iProperty.com Group said, “The iProperty.com Expo promises to be the signature property event of the year. The participation of so many international developers makes it a great opportunity for Singaporeans and overseas investors to take an exclusive first look at newly-launched and award-winning developments from all over the world. We’re confident that there will be something for everyone at this event.”

The iProperty.com Expo is the second event in the iProperty.com Group’s property road show, following hot on the heels of the fantastically successful iProperty.com Expo: Luxury Collection in Malaysia on 30th July 2010 with over 25,000 attendees in the 3-day event at KLCC.

The iProperty.com Group remains Asia’s largest online property group and the iProperty.com Expo is the latest in its long line of successful launches.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

You're the reader we write for. You're also the person our partners want to reach.

If that sentence describes you — a founder, a C-suite, someone whose attention companies pay good money for — then you already understand why SBR works. We've spent twenty years earning the trust of readers exactly like you. Which is exactly what makes this an interesting place for your company to show up, too.

The ways it can show up are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The right fit depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If your company has something this audience should know about, we'd like to hear what you're working on.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.

30 One-Sentence Stories From People Who Have Built Better Habits
None of these stories are mine. They were sent to me by readers of Atomic Habits. My hope is that these examples will illustrate how real people are putting the book into practice. They will show you what people are actually doing to build good habits and break bad ones. And hopefully, they will spark some ideas for how you can do the same.
