Hong Leong launches Kassia condo in Upper Changi Road North

Hong Leong Holdings launched the last instalment of its Flora Drive project, Kassia, a 276-unit private residential enclave located at Upper Changi Road North District 17.

The freehold condominium spans 150,838.98 sq ft with four blocks of eight storeys. It offers a mix of apartment types from 1- to 4-bedroom, with sizes ranging from 473 sq ft for a 1-bedroom to 1,345 sq ft for a 4-bedroom.

The apartment prices range from $883,000 for a 1-bedder, $1.196m for a 2-bedder, $1.659m for a 3-bedder, and $2.462m for a 4-bedder. The project is estimated to obtain TOP in November 2027.

The property offers facilities including a Grand Clubhouse, a 50 m lap pool, urban farming plots, and relaxation alcoves.

It is near MRT Stations, major expressways, and lifestyle facilities such as schools, food centres, retail shops, and parks.

Kassia is the 11th and last instalment of Tripartite Development’s project, consisting of developments all named after flowers and arranged alphabetically.

Tripartite is a joint venture comprising Hong Leong Holdings Limited, City Developments Limited, and TID Pte. Ltd. 

Sales bookings will commence on Saturday, 20 July.
