HDB shophouse in Marine Parade up for sale

The property is on sale via an Expression of Interest exercise.

A two-storey HDB shophouse in Marine Parade has been launched for sale.

ERA Realty Network, the property's marketing agent, said the shophouse is on sale via an Expression of Interest exercise, which will close on 25 May at 3 pm.

The first floor of the shophouse is a retail space, whilst the second storey comprises fully-tenanted living quarters.

The property has a floor area of about 1,506 sq ft and an 83-year lease that started on 1 April 1993.
