Hatten Land names Deloitte partners as joint judicial managers in restructuring

The court already approved its application for judicial management.

Hatten Land has appointed Deloitte & Touche’s Messrs Tan Wei Cheong and Lim Loo Khoon as its joint and several judicial managers of the company.

In a bourse filing, the company said the court had already approved its application to place it under judicial management.

The court heard the company's application on 21 August.

The application for interim judicial management is part of the company’s proactive efforts to aid its ongoing restructuring process.
