FLCT secures new leases, boosting occupancy to 95.0% in Q3

The trust leased 90,000 sqm of space during the period.

Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust (FLCT) reported an improved portfolio occupancy rate of 95.0% in Q3 2024, marking a 0.7 percentage point rise from the previous quarter.

By segment, the trust’s logistics and industrial assets achieved a 99.4% occupancy rate, whereas its commercial properties recorded an 87.6% occupancy.

The trust attributed its improved overall occupancy to new leases secured at Alexandra Technopark in Singapore and Farnborough Business Park in the United Kingdom.

In Q3 2024, FLCT leased 90,000 sqm of space, bringing the total space leased year-to-date to 233,000 sqm.
